Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Product Condition: We accept returns for products that are in new condition only. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.

  • Return Window: You have 3 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

  • Defective Products: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered.

  • Services that have been completed.

  1. Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Services Refund Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 3 days of the service date.

  • We will assess the situation and may offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion.

General Conditions

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection. Items not meeting the return criteria may be refused.
